This would be the view of the College Bridge from the Radisson Chennai City Center Hotel in Ethiraj road. Hotel is still under construction and the College Bridge connects Greams Rd, Ethiraj Rd, Pantheon Rd and College Road.
I like the misty, rainy look and the muted colors!
